Cancellation Policy:
We like to let our clients know about 2023 updates to our cancellation policy so they can plan ahead. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. There is a fee for a short notice/same day cancellation: $45. The fee may be waived for emergencies, but not non-emergency covid related cancellations. If the client is feeling unwell and suspects covid/flu/cold, please consider switching an in-person visit to a telehealth visit for herbal/supplement recommendations. Acupuncture and Medical Nutrition are available via telehealth. There is no fee to change to a telehealth visit same day.
In the case of two short notice/same day cancellations for a New Patient visit or three short notice/same day cancellations for Follow-Up visits the client will then be invited to same day only scheduling, pending availability. This is to protect our providers time and help patients who need care have access to care off the waitlist. Thank you kindly.
