All appointment requests are REQUESTS ONLY. If you have not heard from our office via text or phone call, your appointment is NOT YET CONFIRMED. Appointments are not scheduled until our admin team processes your request and verifies your insurance or confirms payment options.
Appointment requests do NOT hold or guarantee an appointment time.
Our admin team will reach out to you directly via text or phone call to confirm your appointment time or offer an appointment based on the provider’s next soonest availability.

Cancellation policy:
Definitions for Cancelled Appointments
Late Cancellation (LC): Appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. For Monday appointments, any notification after the close of business on Friday will be considered less than 24 hours.
Same-Day-Status (SDS): Client may only schedule appointments on the day they call to schedule. All previously scheduled appointments will be cancelled.
Medical Services
PLEASE NOTE: Our providers need at least 24 Hour Notice for Any Cancellation. It is very difficult to fill cancellation spots with notice of less than 24 hours. 48 hours is preferred.
In the event of the first No Show or Late Cancellation, the patient will receive a notification reminding them of our policy.
For all subsequent No Show or Late Cancellations, Be Well will collect a fee of $45.
For this purpose we may hold your credit card on file, and/or send an invoice for the No Show/Late Cancellation charge.
If a patient has three No Shows or Late Cancellations within a six-month period of time, they may be placed on Same Day Status for a three-month period.
Once the patient has consecutively shown up for two Same Day appointments, Be Well may consider reversing their Same Day Status.
For New Patients:
a. If the initial appointment is a No Show or Late Cancellation, the new patient will receive a reminder of our policy, as mentioned above.
b. If a new patient has a second No Show or Late Cancellation for an initial appointment, Be Well may choose to not take this person on as a patient.
Covid related cancellation:
Please cancel If you or someone you are in close contact with has covid symptoms or a positive covid test. Please reschedule and attend your appointment after symptoms resolve or you receive a negative covid test or consider updating your visit to Telehealth for supplement/herbal recommendations for immune support.
