assistant
Lark Strong-Collins is a chiropractic assistant and supports Dr. Brandy Hagan DC at Be Well.
Lark has always had a passion for anatomy, body-autonomy, and the connection thoughtful care can bring to physical and mental wellbeing.
Lark’s education includes a decade of medical knowledge and training – including a certification in Wilderness First Response and Chiropractic Assistant Certification from the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners. He has had an affinity since childhood for flipping through their very well-loved copy of Grey’s Anatomy, and prioritizes trauma-informed consent based access to care.
He is passionate about assisting fellow members identifying under the LGBTQIA2S+ umbrella. When not at Be Well, Lark enjoys being a cat dad to his lazy boy Sauerkraut, getting out on their kayak (whenever the weather permits), being a drag artist, and honing in on any of many side hobbies sharing the spotlight that week. They are excited to be a part of the Be Well family, and to be a resource and advocate for members of the community.
Care from Lark may include manual therapy, alph-stim, cupping, tens-therapy, therapeutic exercise and stretching, listening based massage and low light laser therapy for pain.
Lark and Dr. Brandy are available, working as as a team supporting OHP and most private insurance patients with chiropractic care. Patients receive 30 minutes of chiropractic from Dr. Brandy followed by 30 minutes of adjunct therapy from Lark.
