Ocean

(fluid pronoun)

Licensed Acupuncturist

Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand. He is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Japanese Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine.

His Licensure and certification includes:

  • Masters of Chinese Medicine from Bastyr University
  • Yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga
  • Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School

Ocean was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. He came to the U.S. in 2008 and attended University of Washington, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. While completing his undergraduate degree, Ocean began delving into healthcare and exploring the benefits of holistic medicine, a natural next step from his specialty in biotechnology and sustainability. After working for a time as a lab assistant in an organ-transplant bioprinting facility at UW, his affinity for learning about preventive care started to grow. Ocean began connecting with professionals in the holistic field learning about people’s stories and how they become ill which compelled him to explore the possibilities of alternative medicine.

Influenced by medical astrology, his own career house in Pisces: Healing, art, and counseling, he has been on a healing journey to heal the relationship with himself, family and the world around him. He believes that to heal others, we must first heal ourselves. Through loving we can teach others to love themselves as well. His passion is to provide therapeutic services and facilitate wellbeing. Ocean is passionate about supporting clients through:

  • Physical and emotional pain
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Stress, anxiety, depression
  • Lack of joy, feeling out of touch with self
  • Sleeping problems
  • Digestive issues and Autoimmune conditions

In particular he loves to support members of the queer and and BIPOC community

Ocean loves exploration, treasure hunting at thrift stores, free-flow expressive dancing, swimming, plant growing and appreciation, and art making; especially pottery, jewelry, and crystal grids.

Ocean is currently accepting new patients and patients with the Oregon Health Plan.
