Monique "Mo" Franceschi

(she/they)

Chiropractic Assistant

Licensed Massage Therapist

Monique “Mo” Franceschi is a licensed massage therapist and chiropractic assistant with a deep appreciation for the body’s innate wisdom and the transformative power of healing touch. They graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts, where they received comprehensive training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and developed a holistic approach to healing.

Specializing in myofascial release, deep tissue, and Swedish massage, Mo also integrates Thai massage, Tui-Na, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy based on each client’s specific needs and preferences. Mo’s bodywork style is rooted in the belief that true healing begins with creating a calm, grounded space where the nervous system can find balance and the body can connect to the present moment. They use a range of techniques, such as gentle holds, compressions, and light rocking, adapting each approach to the comfort of the client.

With an intuitive and mindful touch, Mo adjusts the pressure from light to deep, always attuned to what the body needs in that moment. They may incorporate stretching and joint movement as needed to release tension, restore balance, and improve mobility. Mo is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to communicate their preferences and feel fully supported throughout the healing process.

Mo’s background in dance, contact improvisation, and body-based theater has given them a unique understanding of movement, expression, and human connection. These experiences, combined with their work as a professional landscape gardener, have strengthened their sensitivity to the rhythms of the body and the natural world. Through gardening, Mo learned the importance of balancing intention with surrender—recognizing that while we can set our intentions, there is also wisdom in yielding to the natural flow of things. This philosophy deeply influences their approach to healing, where deep listening, grounded awareness, and a willingness to adapt to the moment create profound transformation.

Mo believes that true healing involves an integrative process that includes the body, mind, and spirit. They are committed to fostering a space where curiosity, positive intention, and authentic connection support the body’s innate ability to heal.

Mo is accepting new clients as a chiropractic assistant. She supports both Dr. Brandy and Dr.Ginger. If you would like to schedule with Monique for bodywork an initial chiropractic appointment is required. Monique accepts most private insurance, and Oregon Health Plan.

Tasha Searles

(she/they)

advanced practice nurse

Tasha Searles, APRN, AGCNS-BC is a Queer, Autistic, ADHDer with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome + some other commonly co-occurring conditions. Originally from Indiana, they now reside in Portland, Oregon with their two rambunctious cats. Tasha enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, learning, and finding new ways to be creative.

Professionally, Tasha is trained as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (a type of advanced practice nurse, similar to a Nurse Practitioner), and has been a nurse for over a decade —mostly working with individuals impacted by chronic or complex health conditions. They started in diabetes care and became a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, so much of their work has been related to diabetes and nutrition. They also spent many years as a Nurse Navigator helping clients navigate the healthcare system. Their personal health journey, and realization of the huge gaps in available care, led them to shift their professional practice to serve others on similar journeys as their own.

Tasha has been told she’s inquisitive and “a very good detective”. Being curious, digging deep, and thinking outside of the box (all while keeping the whole picture in mind) are really her favorite things in this life. Tasha’s style in working with patients is as a consultant & coach. She believes you are the expert in your own self and aims to empower you, provide hope, and help you to use your own innate wisdom to live your best life!

Tasha’s goal is to create a safer space for all to receive appropriate healthcare that is affirming & accommodating of individual needs; a space that encourages exploration and self-determination of what wellness & thriving mean in your individual life. They practice from a trauma informed perspective that is neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, disability, & HAES affirming. Tasha is able to order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications, but also works with clients on nervous system safety, nutrition, hydration, gut health, musculoskeletal health & movement, sleep, mental & emotional health, stress management, creating a life they love, finding joy, & more.

Tasha is available for telehealth consultations for Oregon Health Plan members and is accepting new patients ages 16 & up. Because all visits are conducted virtually, Tasha does not serve as a Primary Care Provider (PCP).
